Job Seeker Recruiting Process
Advice, encouragement, strategy and feedback are what you obtain when working with Wilmark.
Our goal is to eliminate any unnecessary frustration when acquiring new employment by serving as a liaison between our candidate and potential employer. Our direct and sincere approach toward achieving our candidate's objectives are fundamental.
We do not provide job opportunities that will not meet the needs of our candidate just to fill an open position. Wilmark upholds its promise to serve as a complete staffing partner. Our success is predicated by our candidate's satisfaction.
Wilmark's recruiting process includes six steps:
- Step 1 - Getting To Know You: We take time to meet with you to review your resume and discuss in detail your professional experience; skills; qualifications; strengths; weaknesses and career goals. This important step in the process helps us to identify the opportunities and companies best suited for you.
- Step 2 - The Interview: Your recruiter provides in depth information about the position and company so that you feel confident and prepared for your interviews. From advice on what to wear on the interview, potential interview questions, to making a positive impression on the interviewer.
- Step 3 - Post Interview: How did it go? We want to hear all about it! We will provide you with detailed feedback from the company, answer any questions you may have after the interview and schedule follow-up interviews as needed.
- Step 4 - The Offer: When an offer is extended, we work closely with you to make sure you receive the salary and benefits package, equity bonuses and extra incentives commensurate with your experience.
- Step 5 - Job Transition: Congratulations! You've got a great new job! From writing a letter of resignation; to learning about your new colleagues and overcoming first-day anxieties; we will be a constant resource to help you transition into your new position smoothly.
- Step 6 - The follow-up: Our relationship doesn't end with your new job. We will touch base with you periodically to be sure that you are satisfied with your new position.
