- Step 3: After the Interview: We will provide detailed feedback from the candidate; convey competitors' interest; and assist in the organization of the interview and hiring process.
- Step 4: The Offer: We assist in the composition of the offer and outline the many benefits of the company. A complete compensation package analysis will be presented to the candidate to reinforce the attractiveness of the company's offer.
- Step 5: The Follow Up: We stay in close contact with both the client and new employee to ensure the success and longevity of each placement.
