Direct Deposit
Direct deposit is available for employees who have worked at least 80 hours for the Wilmark Group.
Holiday Pay
Eight (8) hours of holiday pay is earned for the six major holidays after completing 500 hours within a six-month period. The eligible holidays are New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. You must work a minimum of 24 hours the week of the holiday.
Bonus Pay
Bonus pay is earned after working 1000 hours in a twelve (12) month period. Employees are eligible for five (5) days of bonus pay. All bonus requests must be submitted in writing to your Wilmark recruiter.
Group Health Plan
Eligibility for Health Insurance is an option upon completing a total of three (3) months (500 hours). Eligible employees are offered the option of single, two-party or family medical insurance. It is the responsibility of the employee to inform their Wilmark recruiter of the desire to join the health plan prior to working 500 hours.
Cobra Continuation Coverage
If enrolled in the Group Health Plan when you separate from employment, you may be eligible for continued participation in the plan for a limited time at your cost. For more information, contact your Wilmark supervisor.
401K Plan
Employees are eligible to join the Wilmark 401K plan after working six months (1000 hours). Enrollment in the 401K plan takes place on the 1st of each month. Wilmark will match your contribution at a rate of up to 6% of your wages.
Referral Bonus
You will receive a bonus for referring new candidates and clients.
Payment and Time Cards
Time cards are due on Friday by 5:00pm and can be faxed to:

Contractors will be paid weekly on the following Friday. If not enrolled in Direct Deposit paychecks are mailed directly to home address.
